What was the key for Premium Consulting to be the selected provider for this or these project(s)?
Several factors were considered: the cost-benefit the consultancy had over similar competitors, their extensive experience in similar projects related with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, and the professional training displayed during the selection process. Another key factor was including in the proposal a clear scope in terms of knowledge, and practical trainings (labs) that our agile team needed to achieve real skills.
How was / has been the performance of Premium Consulting during the execution of the projects?
The project’s implementation was done in the best terms and following the agreed workplans; during the execution of the plan there was flexibility in terms of scheduling times, workplan adjustments and refining, based on the team’s business needs. The plan was completed 100% and fulfilled all our expectations we had with the consultancy.

Definitely! The goals we had set with the consultancy were achieved and we keep working with one of our international clients on the improvement of our automation and software development management processes using Azure DevOps. The results are more than evident and we keep working to keep improving.

Definitely the experience and knowledge in the tool; additionally, because as a result of other implemented and modeled projects in Compensar regarding the lifecycle process of software solution, they know us very well and can offer us different solution alternatives without impacting the operation. In addition, it´s not about providing a migration service but also guiding us to implement the best practices in the market.

I received Premium as the selected provider, but they made a good choice; we have been working together and you can notice the expertise that Premium has for these services.
The experience that Premium has and the way they handle this kind of services is very relevant, and at the end, this is what we are looking for fulfill that needs that we do not have within Claro with the experience of a provider that really knows these service lines which are very critical for us.
How was / has been the performance of Premium Consulting during the execution of the projects?
It has been excellent; I really do not have any complaints. Obviously, as in all services, there is an adaptation period, while the provider starts knowing how to work within Claro.
Not only in direct contact with us, their first line of contact, but also in interaction with many of the managements, virtually all of them, such as development or portfolio, that performance has been good; they have always supported us, not only technically but also strategically, to improve all the services. It was great job.
What is the value that Premium Consulting has added during the processes that has intervened?
It was fundamental in DevOps, defining the structure and organization of DevOps which we had not defined, they helped us a lot, and we were able to implement it together.
Nowadays, after having a year with Premium services, we realize a drastic change from what we had a year ago with the previous provider. With the service that Premium has given to us, we already have a number of important gains, automatic deployments, pipelines, branches management, reports generation, QA processes; we are working on portfolio management. Premium has helped us to organize a lot, to organize our home, so the services are provided in a good way and at the end, you can see a return of the investment towards us.
Would you recommend or would you rehire Premium Consulting for the future projects in your company, why?
Yeah, definitely. First, I would recommend them because they have the knowledge, the expertise, and a lot of tactics. They are open in that sense; More than a supplier I see them as a strategic partner that helps us to improve the indicators and the operating conditions that we have.
I would hire them again, without a doubt, the effort has been seen by Premium and they have helped us a lot. Ideally, we will continue with the services they are providing us.

Premium Consulting has fulfilled with all our requirements and expectations and has provided a service with outstanding opportunity and quality. Their engineers are always to share their knowledge and propose solutions that have strengthened the use of TFS and consequently improved the management of development solutions.

Yes, I personally consider that Premium Consulting has become an ally of Compensar Technology area, and with their accompaniment for about three years, the use of TFS by different roles (coordinators, architects, technical specialists, business analysts, developers, configuration managers, metrics managers and quality analysts) and all stages of the Solutions Life Cycle (requirements, estimate, design, architecture, construction, testing and deployment), reaching the management of approximately 75 applications and 150 projects, under a standard process and all supported by the tool, which provided visibility, traceability and allows the measurement of some KPI’s of opportunity and quality.
